Submitting your email to our waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform. We reserve the right to grant or deny access at our sole discretion. Early access users may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of access.

The name "TooTurbo," our logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Club Nirvana LLC.
TooTurbo provides AI-generated responses for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI-generated content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLUB NIRVANA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
